You have what it takes!

Have you ever wondered if you are being a good mum?

Have you ever asked yourself if you did enough at the end of the day?

Have you ever thought you have made so many mistakes?

Have you ever thought you cannot keep your house together?

Dear friend, you are not alone. As mothers, we are bombarded by the media on how an ideal a mom /wife should be. The endless books  telling you  how you should do this or that, or how to parent your child even, which are good advices, but I have learned to give and take, as not all children come exactly by the book and you need to parent your child accordingly, as we are all unique individuals.

Girlfriend, if you are feeling a sense of heaviness today, i encourage you to take a step back and count your blessings ,see what you do every single day, be the best you can be to your little ones, you bring  a lot to the table, even if at times you don’t notice it. The fact that you worry about answering all the questions above, already makes you be the Best mum your children can have.

This year, I strive to step out of my comfort zone and remind myself that is OK not be 100% all the time. We are humans and we make mistakes, all we have to do is learn from them, move on and be thankful for each day we have been granted on earth, let’s not take that for granted.

Momma , you are beautiful inside and out, no matter the extra pounds and the lovely dark circle under our eyes. In the end, we brought life into this earth. Who Amazing and cool are we ? Yes , you, you are!

Stay blessed!

I cry more than ever, being a mom. I always feel like I’m not doing enough, even when I’m doing all I can. I try hard to count my blessings but I am my worse enemy because I always want more for him. I love him more than I can ever explain, more than the perfect words can ever describe. He’s so perfect, even when I don’t think I’m doing enough. It’s so hard indeed being a good mom. But I try everyday to remind myself that he is good, he is healthy and striving. I ask god all the time to continue to give me strength to be the best I can without going a little crazy at the same time lol To all moms: don’t be too hard on yourself! (Note to self as well lol) xoxoxo 🙂

Yesss to all this. I love it and thanks for sharing that. This is a reminder for myself as well, don’t be too hard on myself as I think I am most of the times. He is indeed perfect and you are doing a great Job as a mom!
